Andrew Boyd serves as the Chief Executive Officer of 1upHealth, responsible for leading the company through its next phase of growth. A veteran health technology executive, Andrew brings over 20 years of experience leading and scaling growth-stage companies, along with a proven track record of driving success across product development and market expansion. Propelled by his passion for healthcare innovation, Andrew is deeply committed to delivering exceptional value to our customers. 

Most recently, Andrew served as EVP & GM – Healthcare Solutions at Personify Health, overseeing their health communications and payment integrity business units. Prior to that, as EVP of Strategy and Corporate Development at Virgin Pulse, Andrew played a key role in the merger of Virgin Pulse and HealthComp, creating Personify Health and shaping its strategic vision.

Andrew holds a PhD in Information Systems from City, University of London, an MS in Information Systems from Drexel University, and a BBA from Temple University.

Fun Fact

Andrew enjoys traveling and historical sightseeing with his wife and son. He’s traveled to 49 countries and counting. His hobbies include surfing, gravel and mountain biking, and martial arts (with black belts in kickboxing and Krav Maga and a brown belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu).
