Nolan Kelly

Chief Customer Officer

Nolan Kelly is Chief Customer Officer for 1upHealth, where he oversees all aspects of the 1up customer experience, including Sales and Account Management, Services, Customer Success, and Support. Nolan is committed to driving big change in the industry. He believes if we can help our customers and they can help their members and patients, collectively we can shift the data landscape brick by brick. 

Specializing in both the healthcare and technology industries, Nolan has a wealth of experience in – and understanding of – the unique needs and challenges of the health-tech space. Prior to his time at 1upHealth, he led the Enterprise Sales and Health System business at PatientPing, an event-notification and care management health-tech company based in Boston.  Nolan also served as Vice President of Growth at Linkwell Health and Director of Diversified Business Development at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts. Nolan earned a BS from Boston College and a MBA from Bentley University.

Fun Fact

Nolan lives in Scituate, MA with his wife and three boys. He’s a mediocre golfer, a recreational runner, and a ski-bum at heart. Powder days make him truly happy.

All of 1upHealth’s core values resonate deeply with me, but if I had to pick one that stands out, it’s Resolute. At 1upHealth, our mission is to change how data is accessed and used in healthcare. That doesn’t happen overnight and it doesn’t happen without a lot of bumps and bruises along the way. We need to stay committed and resolute in our plan and our ambition to help drive the much-needed change in healthcare.
