Hina Kharbey is the Vice President of Product at 1upHealth, where she leads product vision and strategy to accelerate healthcare interoperability and enable better healthcare through better data. With a customer-centric approach, she focuses the Product team on delivering meaningful value for health plans, members, and providers.
Hina brings deep experience building healthcare technology products that make a measurable difference. She has led product organizations at numerous healthcare companies, including TherapyNotes and NovoPath, helping drive innovation and scale across EHR platforms, clinical workflows, and healthcare data exchange technologies.
In addition, as a product leadership coach, Hina is passionate about empowering product leaders and helping product organizations strengthen product maturity, operating models, and execution.
Hina holds an MBA from Yale University and a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Pennsylvania.
