Senior Director, Implementation Services
As Senior Director of Implementation Services at 1upHealth, Maria Baker is responsible for overseeing the successful onboarding of customers onto the 1up Platform and our other solutions. She brings over 20 years of experience in healthcare IT implementation to her role at 1up. Maria’s committed to ensuring our customers are onboarded on time and set up for success from the beginning.
Kyle Brew
Director, Product Development
Kyle Brew is a Director on the Product Development team at 1upHealth. Kyle began his career in technology consulting with Deloitte, where he discovered a passion for healthcare and has remained in the industry ever since. Kyle has been in the interoperability space for 7+ years. During that time, he’s helped define how technology can address healthcare use cases and solve problems. Since joining 1upHealth in 2019, Kyle has worked on a number of 1up solutions, and is currently focused on payer interoperability as well as how payers can get the most out of CMS-0057 compliance.
Avi Lessure
Health Data Informaticist
As a Health Informaticist at 1upHealth, Avi Lessure is responsible for shaping data strategies and implementation roadmaps to ensure compliance with the CMS Interoperability and Prior Authorization final rule (CMS-0057). With deep expertise in FHIR for payer interoperability and data ingestion pipelines, he advises 1upHealth’s provider and payer customers on the translation of complex regulatory requirements into practical, scalable solutions. Avi is passionate about leveraging technology and standards-based approaches to make healthcare more connected, efficient, and patient-centered.
