He previously held the position of National Coordinator for Health IT at the US Department of Health and Human Services, where he led efforts to advance interoperability standards. Dr. Rucker’s background includes roles as a practicing physician, EHR developer, and healthcare executive at organizations like Beth Israel Deaconess and the University of Pennsylvania.
